Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
You can get a return with a full refund provided you follow our policy outlined below. Contact us at hello@valoi.co to begin the process.
Returns and cancellations are accepted for any reason, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), and the product(s) haven’t been altered in function or appearance.
The customer must return the product(s) to the seller within 30 days of giving the return/cancellation notice, otherwise VALOI has the right to void it.
You can return items post/mail or bring them to our headquarters at Kamerastore in Tampere, Finland during Kamerastore's business hours.
Please package the item safely and include the original order confirmation, along with your contact and payment information in the package.
Return Shipping
- VALOI covers return shipping if the item is not as described or doesn't match the unique item condition ratings (e.g., wrong item sent or item not as described).
- The customer covers return shipping if the item is as described (e.g., changing your mind or ordering incompatible items). The customer can choose their preferred shipping method and will pay the cost.
Processing & Refunds
Once the return is received, we’ll process it within 14 days (usually faster). When possible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Kamerastore returns the payment to the customer if the criteria for returns and cancellations described on this page have been met.
